Terms of Service

1. What this is

Pick a Winner is a Premier League prediction game run at pawgame.co.uk. By creating an account or entering a game, you agree to these terms. Full gameplay rules are on the rules page and are part of these terms — if there's ever a conflict between the two, these terms take precedence on anything to do with payments, accounts, or liability.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to enter a paid game. You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you register with, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Entries, fees, and the prize pot

• Entry fees and how the prize pot is calculated are set out on the rules page and may vary between games.
• Payment is required before your picks count — unpaid entries don't participate.
• Entry fees are non-refundable once a gameweek you've entered has started, except where required by law or at our discretion (e.g. a game is cancelled before it begins).
• Prizes are paid out after the game concludes, to the payment details or account associated with the winning entry.

4. Fair play

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage beyond the entry limits set out in the rules
• Attempt to interfere with, exploit, or reverse-engineer the site or its scoring
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or remove an account, and forfeit associated entries, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

5. Results and data accuracy

Fixture, score, and league table data comes from a third-party football data provider. We make reasonable efforts to keep this accurate and up to date, but we're not liable for delays, errors, or omissions in that data, including postponed or rescheduled matches. Where official match results differ from what was used to score a gameweek, we'll correct it as soon as reasonably possible, but already-distributed prizes are not clawed back.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the site down temporarily for maintenance, and we'll try to give notice where practical.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for things that can't legally be limited, such as fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here, and where appropriate we'll notify registered users by email before they take effect for a new game.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
